About Master Reishaktiananda (Bart E. Plaskoff)
Founder and Master of Reishakti Yoga, Reishaktiananda (Bart E. Plaskoff, LCSW, M.Ed) has studied many aspects of “Universal Energy” and it's healing powers. He is a Spiritual Healer, Reiki Master (Usui) and Kriyavan (Direct Disciple of Prajnananada). Master is well-versed in the importance of “Universal Energy” in the healing process. Master guides his Students into finding or redefining their own Spiritually and assisting them on how to become “One” with this energy. Bart teaches a multitude of Meditation Techniques, Individualized Spiritual Approaches and Mindfulness Techniques, and of course, The secrets of Reishakti Yoga.

Master began his career in the Field of Education and later transformed his career to Mental and Behavioral Health in 2012, specializing in addiction, trauma (PTSD), cultural assimilation, LGBTQ related issues, and self-injurious behaviors He quickly that most of his Clients were lacking on one specific area, Spirituality. He recognized there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to achievement and life balance or “dharma”. Each individual must embark on his/her own individualized journey to discover and achieve mental, physical, spiritual and emotional balance. He would be their guide and help them to find their way.
