a word that represents the unity of the Tibetan Ah symbol, the Tibetan Om symbol, and the Choku Rei symbol, to form a Divine Heartbeat used to collect energy from the Universe and act as a conduit for Universal Energy to enter the body at any identified point, primarily through the fontanel or Crown Chakra; a concept, which serves as the foundation of Reishakti Yoga as discovered by Bart E. Plaskoff in 2016.
History of Reishakti Yoga
Discovered by Reishaktiananda (Bart E. Plaskoff) in 2016 and developed over time, Reishakti Yoga, “Rei” meaning “Higher Power/Wisdom” and “Shakti” meaning “Divine and Universal Cosmic Energy”, is a “hands-off” Yogic Technique which allows the “Self “ to invoke and attune with the Universal Energy through, movement , energization visualization, and meditation. Reishakti Yoga is passed from Teacher to Student. By engaging in various spiritual movements and invocations, one may open the “Crown” Chakra and invite Universal Energy to enter the body and move fluidly, the body becoming a conductor or antenna and re-attuning or “Becoming One” with the Universe. While sharing some elements of Reiki and Kriya Yoga, what truly differentiates Reishakti Yoga from Reiki is the use of the Reishakti Mantra, a blended Transcendental and scientific approach which, naturally invokes stimulation within the brain. The nature of the Reishakti Mantra assists in attaining a state of “Joythi” or “Divine Light”. “Joythi” energizes the body and allows for the process of spiritual, mental and emotional well-being and balance. It is not uncommon for the Student who reaches a state of “Joythi” to be gifted with clarity, visions and an overall feeling of bliss and harmony with the Universe . The Master may assist in the invocation and attunement of energy by invoking the energy for the student and by hovering his/her hands above the “Crown” Chakra.
